RID CEUs

Please follow this procedure while attending the HDLS 2024 Conference.

• BEFORE the conference: 
  • PINRA Form – fill out and submit to UNM CMP Sponsors at ridcmp@unm.edu
  • Proof of registration/payment – submit to UNM CMP Sponsors at ridcmp@unm.edu
• DURING the conference:  
  • Use a Verification of Attendance Form
  • Keep this form with you throughout the conference and record the sessions you attend
  • Collect verification signatures after each session from the moderator, presenter, or HDLS staff present at the session
• AFTER the conference (up to 45 days later): 
  • Submit the completed Verification of Attendance Form to UNM CMP Sponsors at ridcmp@unm.edu
  • Pay the $15.00 CEU processing fee via check, money order, or cashier’s check
